Go to the Saudia website, manage bookings, scroll down below itinerary/pax name to Add ons or Add Extras. Visa link should be there above selects seats, add bags, etc. Note: Visa link only appears 90 days before the 1st transit through KSA, and you cannot select the return leg for transit unless it is within 90 days.
