Tthere is a thread on this so maybe a moderator can consolidate, see below. Quick answer:
- there has been a policy change and FB plats cannot visit the first class part anymore on a J ticket, just the J lounge
- via Saudia website manage my booking somewhere left you can click 'add services' or so. Then you come on a page where you can buy extra luggage, seats, or fast track, and so on an you also should be able to buy a visa. It however does not work if you bought the ticket via an OTA. Just MUST have a visa to enter KSA.
- I managed to get succesfully a visa and free hotel, but the promised one way transfer failed. I then was at the mercy of hawkers who asked 100 SAR (25 Euro) for something to town. My hotel suggested to use Uber which worked great and was half or less that price. So best use Uber from the airport too.
