From what I understood, the freezing rain that was forecast never materialised either. This is starting to look like incompetence from Munich Airport's perspective and simply an inability to return to normal ops. Potentially with more 'normal' weather returning, there's now the possibility of cancellations starting to become in-scope for 261/2004 compensation, as opposed to just right-to-care.
