I have a running theory that the taxes are so high for Club/First from the West Coast that it doesn't trigger (but it looks like you might be from the west coast as well?). I've had the card almost 4 years and I use the full benefit every year (i.e. 3 credits of up to $600). Of those 10 or so Club tickets I've never had the $200 post automatically. My husband has the card as well and we have the same experience with his card. I'd love to know what we are doing wrong, LOL!
