Today on my 2nd attempt of the satay, sadly I can confirm what I had on the DOH-KUL flight is a repeat of itself - quality is not there anymore, and there is something amist from flavour point - both from the meat and the sauce. Furthermore - don't recall previously having to deal with chicken skin and small pieces of cartilage/bone, however this is now the case...

Since on my short domestic flight, there was only 4 of us in J, I did remark this to the super friendly stewardess - and she was very apologetic about it (I did tell her, I was not complaining, just providing feedback). Later while waiting to deboard - had a chat with the the Purser and they too admitted that they were embarassed with the situation, and did not hide the fact that it is all due to cost-cutting - as it is across the board - even the missing guava juice.

Such a pity....
