The OP didn't say it was ANA marketed. Ticket stock doesn't matter. If the flight was sold as an MH flight (or as any oneworld carrier's flight) you are due miles, but you may need to take furbeter action at this point
Unless I'm mis-reading what Alaska has on their site, the flight still has to be operated by a oneworld member airline or affiliate, and ANA is not a oneworld member.
