Hello all - I received a refund from a purchase made in 2022 of $1k, the points have been recaptured by Chase which is what I expected, but what can I expect in terms of getting the cash back since I have a zero balance on the card?

Is there a protocol for this or will the credit have to remain for a specified period of time before refunding?
