Did you book this as one ticket through Emirates, or are they separate reservations? Assuming it's the former, you should have no issues. It's a bit of a tight squeeze, but there's a good chance your flights will be in the same terminal, and while that's at or approaching peak hours for DXB, you shouldn't have to battle much time going through security between flights. I've made this flight with 90-minute layovers before and had plenty of time to stop into the restaurant in the F lounge to grab a full meal.

If for some reason you did miss your flight, EK would rebook you.

Now, if you booked two separate reservations, that's a different story.
