Looking for advice and any general insight is greatly appreciated.
I flew AKL-LAX in exactly these seats (46H out, 46K return) in a 789 in Jun 2022.

I am 1.72m and 46K was OK regarding the emergency slide bulge. So either seat was for me, probably slight favour 46K.

Toilet proximity was not an issue, and as noted above, being able to get up directly and unimpeded was a godsend for me.
