It seems to work. I did a run to Omaha and back starting Saturday night, and was able to issue 5 boarding passes Friday night when I checked in at home via the web, covering all my segments.

I had an agent at ORD AC tell me that the software will not allow them to check me in for return flights, and that it does require me to check-in at the destination airport before turning back around. Web check-in does seem to work around this, and it will be interesting to see if it's consistent.
