Would I be right in presuming that AS awards on the AS TCON flights (e.g. LAX-JFK) that refer to being in "Refundable First" are, in fact, in Flagship Business and not Flagship First? There are no "Business" awards on these flights, so this is my best guess, but since AA's terminology is funky there I feel it's worth asking all the same.

[With the extortionate BA fees - I've looked at those for possible award use - I'm leaning towards TCONs as a decent use of miles. Even if it's Business, not First, 30k still represents a pretty good deal for using them on balance.]
