Picked up early Monday morning. Hardly any cars in EA or ES. EA had a couple of Camrys and an Altima. ES had a few RAV4s, a Tucson, an Audi A4 and A6, a 2020 BMW 3-series and a 2021 Inifiniti Q50.

Having previously driven an A6 (same color too) and the 3-series and Q50 were likely too small for my passengers and luggage, and since I had a luxury reservation, I asked if I could take a Land Rover Discovery parked in the upgrade section. Was told it would require an upcharge because it was brand new (just came in). I asked if I could take a Grand Wagoneer -- there were several in the upgrade section. Was told they were all blacked out (reserved).

I was offered a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC with over 30K miles that was also in the upgrade section, or to take a Q7 from the Premier Selection. There was a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe PHEV in the Premier Selection as well. I asked if I could take that and the agent said that it wasn't quite a luxury vehicle, but if that's what I wanted I was welcome to take it.
