Coming back here to provide my pov on the property. We were there in mid November for 5 nights and the weather was mostly great (we had some afternoon shower but was not too bad). We stayed at the Reef Villa #301. Loved the villa location since you have no other villas on your right and the snorkeling is awesome (we saw rays, sharks, and many fishes right from the deck). As many stated before, the only downside of facing the ocean on this side is that you can see some light pollutions from other islands and mainly Male at night (stargazing was still pretty great though). Breakfast was awesome and the best we have had in any hotels. I stayed at one hotel in Male the night before and the yacht picked us up at 9 am the next day. Despite the expensive price of the yacht (shared), we had an amazing time and 100% recommend burning points to stay there. I have stayed at other Waldorf/Park Hyatt level hotels in the US/Mexico and in Asia and the WA Maldives has been my favorite.
My only advice for everyone looking for booking a stay there is to read the comments from others to get the right expectations and avoid any disappointment
