LH cancelled my flight and rebooks me on a flight to MUC with all the problems going on there over the next few days. What f***tard at LH thought this was a good idea.
Two hours and twenty minutes on hold with LH Germany; get connected to a live person who claims he can't hear me so he hangs up. I'm calling from a landline BTW. Chatbot utterly useless as many have pointed out; first waiting position was 600+ then dropped to 450something then went back up to 697. Calling LH US number and have a waiting position of 117.
Are all calls to LH Customer Service routing to a central service support center?
