I went to Mercantile a few times this past September. First time I ate at the restaurant, and I asked the waitress if I can get to go food. She said Yes, you may have to see the hostess on the restaurant side to run your Priority Pass through the reader, then they print out a receipt you can use on the other "to go" side. So the next time I went, I did just that, and everything worked out as planned. So they do offer To-Go food on priority pass.
