Perhaps. We used to get a modest (corporate) discount to what was available on UA.com. Then, with continuous pricing, the fares on UA.com ended up being cheaper than the fare in the lowest
available booking class with our discount.

I guess the consolation was a higher booking class for upgrade priority.

For my last ticket, it priced exactly the same as what was showing on UA.com. (It was international, not sure if they're doing CP there). The TA definitely seems to either be in denial or have their heads in the sand about all this NDC stuff. But at the end of the day, for expense management and security, we must book through the corporate TA. It's just frustrating when we're paying higher fares in an environment of tight cost control.
