Does Mrs. Rossodio have her own Companion certificate to use? I think you only get two companions per certificate from the Silver Aviator. Sounds like you want to cover a trip with four people. I've booked all my Companion certificate trips by calling in to the Meetings number, knowing which flights and seats I wanted, but not having booked them to a Hold status, only to the maximum of two companions. Not sure if a fourth member in your party would have to be a separate PNR.
