Damaged baggage claim CSR?
Filed with the carrier and they've offered half the cost of the bag. I have a receipt from March as it was recently purchased.
Does my CSR baggage damage insurance kick in? Any experience or pointers? Should I ditch the carrier claim and just use CSR or try to get half from each?
It has been 8 days, filed with carrier at airport and online first.
Apologies if this is an existing thread, couldn't find one on damage vs delay.
