I purchased the ticket directly from ANA’s website, so it unfortunately looks true that I may be due no miles… Thanks for the feedback!
Flights were DPS => KUL => NRT fwiw, printed as MH0852 and MH0088 so within the range, but ANA having marketed the ticket may do me in here (evidence is the 205-* eTicket number printed on both boarding passes)
