I think the poster was referring to pay 10k JPY extra to stay at the HC for their breakfast.
I still wouldn't pay 10k extra to book a breakfast rate at the Centric. The city has too much good food out there to be eating hotel breakfast at extra cost.
I only ever had 1 room under my name so I can't can't speak to multiple rooms receiving a Globalist breakfast. I'm going to go with caution and say no because it's Japan.
