Emphasis added. I don't believe ANA is a oneworld member airline or affiliate, so you aren't due any miles.
The OP didn't say it was ANA marketed. Ticket stock doesn't matter. If the flight was sold as an MH flight (or as any oneworld carrier's flight) you are due miles, but you may need to take furbeter action at this point
