in general, AA corporate security is seemingly the most competent of AA's departments. My opinion to the OP is, if you try it and succeed, don't make a habit of it. Eventually, they'll kick you out for good.
I remember reading this on FT. I can't remember if it's "automatic" or if the system flags it for an agent to handle. Either way, I think it's risky to do this if one really wants an upgrade.
