Here as a Diamond Ambassador with Milestone Lounge Access for 4 nights on points. With 4th night free, the total points was 68,000. Not per night, but for all 4 nights!

Two weeks ago, I called to use a Confirmed Suite Upgrade and was told that they did not have an entry level/ junior suite available. The availability on the website confirmed this. I do not think that they have very many junior suites.

We were here in May and loved it. As I re-read my review, this stay is almost identical to that experience.

Upgraded to a larger corner room with a great view. Room number ended in 08 as before. Very comfortable room.

Great evening lounge experience with plenty of great food and drinks. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Good location a short walk from the main train station and a big mall a block away.

It is very cold here this week but we were warm and happy in the hotel.

This time we tried the bar on floor 1 and were impressed. Nice staff, good beer, and the burger and fish/ chips were good.

This hotel is an amazing value. Even regardless of value, it could be our favorite hotel anywhere. The people, food, and culture are all so warm and comforting.
