Few notes on the Hyatt Place CDG - had a one night stay before a 9am flight. As noted the shuttle does not run all day and I was coming from the city, I took the 350 public bus from the city which runs to the airport and there is a stop within a few minute walk. Easy to do even though it was dark out, it's just airport hotels and a commercial/industrial park, with sidewalks everywhere.

Service interaction was limited, but decent. I was told I could have a free welcome drink at the bar, which was a choice of a glass of wine, a soft drink or a "little" Heineken.

Room was a good size and in good condition. I thought the breakfast buffet was better than described by the previous poster, but perhaps I had the benefit of staying in December and not during the summer tourist season. Prebooked the shuttle for 5 EUR for 7am which was right on time and drops off at the Roissypole CDGVAL stop. It was about a 10 minute drive. Overall for 5k points, I'd definitely stay here again, the paid shuttle notwithstanding. I also now know more about the public busses that to to CDG than I ever have!
