I've been noticing rates for late January fluctuate quite substantially in recent days. Just today, I have seen the standard rate for a standard room start at ~800 NZD, drop to ~650 NZD, and now climb back up to ~900 NZD. I know January is peak season, and rates obviously fluctuate with demand--but is this magnitude and frequency of fluctuation normal for this hotel during peak season, or is something unusual going on?
