Not a fan of any of the BA club breakfasts so took a punt on ordering KSMLs yesterday on the band 4 flight to Fuerteventura. Very pleased indeed, both were good!
Interestingly, my partner and I were given different meals!
His was a large slice of frittata served with a veggie ragout and mini fried potatoes. His tray contained a bottled strawberry smoothie (but he did not get a yoghurt).
Mine was a 3 layered affair consisting of a large field mushroom, with scrambled egg and poached salmon on top, some mushrooms in a tomato sauce and a potato rosti. My tray did not have a smoothie, but I did get a yoghurt!
Both were delicious. The bread items consisted of a croissant (just ok, but looked better than the one being offered from the main bread basket), and an utterly delicious pistachio pastry (sorry, I was too busy eating it to take a photo) 😊
The kosher tray also contained an individual tea bag which made for a better cuppa than the one from the generic tea pot.
All in all, I would recommend for those who are ok with giving up choice for better quality.
Anyone know if it’s normal for two people who both order the same special meal to be given different versions? We were pleasantly surprised, and actually swapped (by mutual agreement I promise!

) to suit our individual preferences.
