I was in LIS in May (SFO-LIS) and passport control was not a problem. The lounge was nice, crowded not totally packed. The adjacent Priority Pass lounge had a huge line, the TAP lounge did not. I thought the food options were good better than the food options and physical lounge for Air Canada in Montreal which I recently visited.
