Does Ticket Stock Matter for Mileage Credit on Partner Airlines?

Hi all, I had a flight in May I just remembered about that, if it credits cleanly, would push me over 100k. In late May I filed a request for missing miles to [email protected] about this flight and never heard back (whereas I got confirmation the miles will credit, or reason for denial, for every request submitted in the past).

Anyway, my flight was Malaysia Airlines Business Class, on ANA 205-* ticket stock (don't ask...). According to the chart online, this should credit at 125% elite miles. Of course, it didn't show up after 3 weeks (I didn't expect it to), and my request went unanswered... once I do get someone's attention, is my flight basically guaranteed to credit or is it a toss-up?
