I was not upgraded yet but I was curious what my exact numbers were so I added them up.

127 Nights at IHG and 190k EQP. I had 16 overlapping nights.
Only been Diamond Ambassador for 1 year, 2023 only.

41 IHG nights
50 IC Award nights
52 IC Paid nights, total spend $12600. I was looking at my spend and realize that at many hotels, they didn't include the food I ate, oh well.
I also usually book the cheapest room at my corporate rate.

I travelled a lot this year and spend 100 nights at Hyatt too, hence my IC paid stays were not higher. If I don't get RA, I'll probably dedicate more nights to Hyatt since they changed their milestones to get benefits up to 150 nights next year and I've been getting good upgrades at Hyatts but the lounges at ICs are hard to beat.
