Interesting, the property definitely needs a GM and it was unusual that it took that long as IC Bali Jimbaran was a very popular posting amongst the IHG GM / Leadership pool in past years / decades, but alas the (new, well latest) owner may not have been easy to please as well as they like to be "actively involved" (aka meddle
) in the running of the property from personal observations. Anyways ...
I wish the new leader well, hope he can get the property back to what it used to be (it is not terrible now by any means, just that it could be even better). If I had to guess, assuming IHG sends an experienced person for such a property, it could be Mr. Bruno Cristol who has been (is) the Area GM for Singapore IHG Hotels. We'll see.
