No point going the lounge. You will risk missing the flight.

The lounge is before passport control and lines are long! you need to leave the lounge at minimum 90 minutes before departure. It may also take up to 2 hours as a norm, unless you have EU passport.

After landing from LIS, visit the EWR Polaris Lounge instead. Much better experience, IMHO.
