Here's the veggie cottage pie - it won't win any beauty contests but it was absolutely delicious! Lentils, carrots and possibly soy chunks in a suitably rich sauce and a decent amount of potato on top.
We had this menu on ACE-LGW last week. The beef rendang definitely had a kick to it, but nothing to write home about (I'm a tikka masala vs vindaloo sort of person). It was very pleasant.
The kung pao chicken on the outbound... that was very spicy. Had it been served on the ground without altitude suppressed tastebuds, it would likely have been too much for me!
