I booked 2 nights at The Mirage Las Vegas for a stay next year on one of my cards which I'm planning to cancel. I've already received the statement credits for that booking. However I received a welcome message from the hotel with the following note:
Credit card used to make this reservation is required at check-in. If not, any deposit made during reservation will be refunded onto the original credit card and a new credit card must be supplied for payment. Card holder must be present with valid ID.
Will there be any issues if I show up with another Amex card? Technically i've pre-paid for the room so it's not a 'deposit'?
