Problems once again with Hertz...a four day rental in September 2023 in AUS. My Hertz gold profile says to apply SWA rapid reward points, NOT the Hertz Gold points (which charge a 50% point penalty if a change is made in reservation). First request for missing points filed 10-23, second request filed 12-3, and to date no response and no SWA points for this rental which was now 11+ weeks ago. Hertz customer service is increasingly flaky. Is anyone else having problem getting RapidReward points from Hertz filed in a timely manner?
