Flying ex-YYG, most of my travels start and end on a rouge 319. Sometimes we get an AC Express E175 (which inevitably feels like an upgrade, esp. when seated in Y) ... occasionally that first/last flight of the day is a CRJ900, which is basically on par with the rouge 319, overhead bin space aside. More rarely we get a mainline A220, which is the best of the lot by far.

Technically speaking, the biggest difference between rouge and mainline at this point is the lack of the IFE. But when you view the overall experience as a whole, rouge stinks, and especially when it's sold at the same price as mainline service. There's just no other way to say it.
