Traveling with wife and 2 near teen kids. Is the mini cabin in the first section (seats 10-17) more desirable or not vs the 2nd cabin (seats 19 to 29)?

Also, I assume kids about 4 feet and 6 inches will not benefit from seating in the bulkhead seat. Would that we correct assumption?
