More crew needed?
On CO with the multi-course meals, it always seems that there are 2 FAs working FC (not sure how many are in back). Though I agree it's more professional not to serve from the cart, I don't know if it adds crew to the flights.
I do like the pre-order drinks before takeoff and then voila your drink is at your seat shortly after takeoff....
