A brief wait on the platinum line for me today, I guess a snowy Sunday isn't the best time to call.

The agent (I called UK number, got a french agent) was not aware of there having been a more widespread general problem, but nevertheless fixed the issue for me immediately. I was issued a new 074 ticket.
