I have just received the weirdest email from KLM indicating that "my refund request was submitted successfully". When I look at the attachment it mentions the booking reference of the trip I am currently doing in Asia, no amount is mentioned, no sectors are mentioned but credit card is selected. I obviously never asked for such a refund, I am quite worried of what is going to happen next to be honest. Just landed in Beijing will need to investigate this asap with the platinum line I guess ?

Woah! This is indeed kind of scary. Fingers crossed they don't refund your ticket without being asked for it.
