It still does, I’ve seen extended conformance twice in the last week alone. I suspect situations like this have likely been worsened by the newly insourced transfer connections team being a bit too trigger-happy, and hope it settles down soon for all our sakes. A 50-min transfer off a domestic is perfectly possible in almost every case, regardless of what MCT says (and for all their faults, the old WNS team knew this).
