I had the same problem. The agent kindly spent more than half an hour investigating it. She told me it was because I was using Chrome and should change to Firefox. I complained to all and sundry. After a week or so I tried again using Chrome and it sailed straight through. I thought that the problem was solved. Perhaps not. It is hard to imagine a company presumably wishing to make sales, making it all so difficult.
