Sheraton Langfang Chaobai , Hebei China. (strange 'country' Sheraton EL)

EL is open ONLY on friday & saturday evenings starting at 5:30 pm, 3 hot dishes + beer & cheap wine.
(basically, open when the lobby restaurant does a fabulous weekend dinner buffet for about 140rmb)

Breakfast buffet provided elites every day in first floor restaurant starting at 6:30 am. Normal breakfast food, about 3* level.

This Sheraton hotel is in Hebei, NOT Beijing. Owned by the local Industrial Zone realtor, It's in the suburban county of a tier 4 city!
