I burned 60k/night for a Fri/Sat weekend back in September at the Doubletree Rome Monti.

Ryder Cup weekend so rates were about $1250/night

2.1 cents/point. When one of their few standard rooms opened up about 2 weeks out I couldn't book it fast enough.
