It seems like the drop down to select "document type" under the KTN heading will not let me select a document type--and it is a starred field meaning it is required to make a selection. I think this is the thing that keeps giving me errors. I called customer service last week and the agent acted like it was no big deal that it wasn't letting me put the info in and save it. Because of the error, the website and app will not permit saving of any API. So frustrated, because it also looks like I will be dealing with this winter storm and the knock-on effects of it. UGH!
