And that concludes my review on IC Vienna,

I shall be missing it .....
Besides the hotel being somewhat of a relic of good old Pan Am,
And some areas not being anymore prioritized but only adapted to functional use untill the builders come to reconstruct the hotel

Old gift shop stands empty and is being used to store people's luggage for group tours / conferences

I found elite recognition as diamond RA uttermost an example of how it should be across all hotels.
all was offered, all was explained, all was remembered, all was delightful, all was much appreciated
this is not a property that has gone rogue unlike some Marriotts or Hiltons.....

But besides that,
I found the staff very engaging,
Blond Sebastian at the breakfast buffet at restaurant Parlor is Mr. Smile, clearly enjoying helping out and happy to be there
Energetic Ein at the club intercontinental takes his job really serious to help everyone personally and to make every conversation end in a smile
....
so much that S/O mentioned..., i thought all Wiener-Austrians were supposed to be curt or haughty....
Hope these guys will stay on for the future Intercontinental Vienna..... otherwise they should be transfered to my own IC AMS ASAP!
