This seems like an interesting logic puzzle. In what scenarios, can you guarantee that the info displayed in the app can lead to some useful information, knowing that the info displayed can be incomplete, or possibly even incorrect.

If the app says the bag has been loaded onto the plane, or unloaded from the plane, I think you can guarantee that your bag has at least made that far. But if there is no such info, it doesn't necessarily mean that your bag is lost/delayed.
