Does this mean that any international cash booking flight is always refundable/changeable without any fees (back to wallet, which we know is basically reusable forever)? That could be a good incentive to make be book a future international trip through Alaska, if I know I can just refund it back to my wallet and rebook if plans change.
That has potentially a lot of value, should it serve to be the case.
