I have had nothing but excellent service on LH, LX, SN, SK in the last year. Greeting me by name (and Im a nobody), checking frequently during flight to see if I need anything etc...
That's great to hear. I've a few HON friends and they all tell me that the onboard service is very lackluster and cold (especially if one doesn't speak German). I've only flown LH as a UA Gold member back in the day (in W), so I don't have much to go with.
