Yeah... the agent I spoke to at 3AM made it sound like all flighrs were delayed and "oh that's fine your correspondance will probably be delayed too"

Turns out it really is a Humberside only problem. Runway frozen from yesterday apparently and they cannot get a microwave powerful enough to defrost it. Plane has been delayed hour by hour since 10.30 (original departure 6.15AM) and now it's just been pushed back from 13.30 to 14.30, getting ridiculous and if we dont board within 30mns I will miss my concert and so just cancel everything (including the AMS-ZWE train ticket I already bought since my correspondance was lost) and try get it rebooked for next weekend. 😫

Made a few friends in the waiting room, and got a £12 voucher when we got kicked out of the lounge at 12PM because its closing. And saw a 727! Silver linings and all.
