Prior to sending a message here I already checked the website using a desktop computer, there is indeed a "Submit Claim" option however the page notes:
If you're a law firm or claiming company, the quickest way to raise a claim on behalf of a client is by using this portal. Please make sure you include all the required information and attach all relevant documents.
Our team will review the claim and reply to you soon as possible.
If I click through the "Submit Claim" button, the options presented are only "Lawyer", "Claiming Company", or "Legal Firm". There is no option of claiming for myself.
Please advise.
